Senter for Keramisk Kunst: In 2015, Torbjørn Kvasbø entered into a letter of intent with Ringebu Municipality stating that the Barn in the Operational Building at Ringebu vicarage would be upgraded to suitable exhibition spaces and storage for artworks belonging to Kvasbø. In 2016, a preliminary project for a master plan for the area was prepared. A ceramic artist-in-residence program was one of the main points. In 2020, SKK was established. SKK's activities are spread over four floors in the barn building at Ringebu vicarage: the basement that houses the Monumentalverkstedet, Prosjektrom Fjøset as an experimental project space, and Trevet and Kjøringa as flexible exhibition spaces for ceramics, curated exhibitions and invited guest artists. With four floors dedicated to ceramic activity and a total floor space of 600 square meters, everything required to realize the potential breadth, depth and diversity of ceramic art is in place.
