Mineral Skin

The publication “Mineral Skin” is a deep dive into Anders Herwald Ruhwald's artistic universe and his use of glazes. The volume is presented without text, with very thick pages, highlighting the artist's intention to make-rather than a book-an object endowed in some ways with the same autonomy as a sculpture. Quoting Ruhwald's own words: although technically the succession of pages shows reproductions of works I have made, the essential material experience of my work is preserved.
