Valerio Capo and Sam Pratt started FUMI Gallery in 2008 after careers in banking and marketing consultancy. From its base in Mayfair, London, the gallery promotes cutting edge contemporary design and craft, focusing on high-level, conceptually and aesthetically audacious designers and artists, each one encompassing the value of craftsmanship, traditional techniques and innovative technologies. FUMI Gallery represents designer and makers such as Max Lamb, Johannes Nagel, Francesco Perini, Rowan Mersh, Saelia Aparico, Glithero, Sam Orlando Miller and others. The gallery runs an ambitious programme of exhibitions alongside being a costant presence at international design fairs.
