Guldagergaard serves as an international center of knowledge and dissemination for ceramic art, with its artist-in-residence programme as the cornerstone. At Guldagergaard, artists, professionals and students will find comprehensive ceramic facilities that support all stages of the creative process, as well as a welcoming and inspiring working environment.In addition to offering artist-in-residence stays of varying lengths, Guldagergaard provides grant-funded residencies, runs workshops with leading international figures, hosts artist talks, and houses two annual Project Network programmes for promising art students from across the globe. Guldagergaard is also behind “Claytopia”, a universe for culture enthusiasts interested in ceramics. During Claytopia Summer, Guldagergaard presents contemporary ceramic art in the sculpture park and welcomes a broad audience.
