Wheel throwing
The Wheel Throwing Course aims to create objects made through the technique of ceramic throwing. With a teacher’s guide over six lessons, each of the participants will develop and explore the skills needed to work with clay on the wheel. Students will learn and experiment with basic techniques - from centering the clay to shaping and turning – resulting in the creation of everyday objects with simple shapes such as bowls, cylindrical jars, vessels and cups. The last lesson will be entirely dedicated to the glazing of the objects made by the individual participants before their firing. Once firing is complete, students are welcome to come pick up their finished pieces. The course includes materials, the exclusive use of a wheel workstation and the final firing of the wheel thrown pieces.

* In the event that you are unable to attend the purchased courses or activities, refunds, transfers to another class, or issuance of a voucher are contingent upon receiving an email communication from the purchaser within eight days from the start date of the course or activity. Within seven days from the start of the course or activity, no refunds will be possible, but it is possible to change the participant's name.
* * For all courses or activities consisting of four or more sessions, one missed session can be made up during a group makeup session organized at the end of the course, arranged with the teacher based on our calendar.
* * Upon completion of courses or activities where participants receive the pieces they created, our technicians will handle the firing and any necessary glazing. This process can take up to three weeks. Participants will receive an email notification when their pieces are ready for pickup; from this date, storage of the pieces is guaranteed for a period not exceeding 45 days.
